I just want to steal a few extra minutes from time - let it know what it's like when no one is looking at it anxiously. Somewhere between the words and the pauses, something important remains - not a confession, not a promise, but simply an agreement to be there. Even if everything around you whispers that it won't last. Never mind. There's music, hands, breath, and silence shared by two. Maybe everything will really pass. But as long as this rhythm plays, time seems to surrender, offering a small but honest "just a little more."
