Hari Bersamanya

It seems like just a meeting - nothing special. But my heart feels like it's passed a panic test with flying colors: it's pounding, my legs feel like cotton wool, my thoughts are like schoolchildren at recess, wondering where to go. And nothing has happened yet, but I'm already remembering all my past failures, like a trailer for an awkward sequel.

There's a chance in the air, but my hands are shaking as if they're holding a cup of boiling water instead of my destiny. I have to make a mental agreement with the heavens: please, at least today, no disasters. And it's as if somewhere inside me there is a quiet plea - just get through this day without messing it up. A day when the one for whom all this chaos is worth going through is nearby.
