There's a touch of madness in it, that sweet itch when you want to get burned to make sure you're alive. Love at crossroads, friendship in glasses, freedom on the edge of exhaustion. And maybe you don't need to look for meaning; it's enough to allow yourself to be perfectly silly just once, because that's where the real, honest thrill of life, the shiver of life, is hidden.
