Sometimes life itself provides a survival guide - not in a phone box, but somewhere between your morning coffee and the unexpected "it's not so bad after all." It says there: carry less unnecessary baggage, play songs instead of anxious thoughts more often, and don't apologize for joy. It seems that this is the adult version of freedom - when you allow yourself to be who you always were, just a little wiser and with comfortable shoes. The song sounds like the morning sun peeking into the room thru slightly drawn curtains - warm, persistent, and a little cheeky. She's almost winking, as if to say, "Well, are you ready to live by your own rules again?" And I want to nod, open the window wider, and hum something about how great it is sometimes to just not overcomplicate things.
