Spiritul unui războinic are nevoie să se hrănească sănătos, exact ca și corpul.
Hrănit cu frustrare, ură sau teamă, el devine propriul nostru inamic prin care traducem eronat acțiunile noastre sau acțiunile altora.
Permitem acțiuni ce nu sunt ale noastre să intre în spațiul nostru, ca apoi să reacționăm și să răspundem cu aceeași armă, astfel cedând puterea noastră.

Reacția se naște doar atunci când cel care reacționează acceptă acțiunea externă, acceptă să-l condiționeze, cedând puterea sa de observator.

A warrior's spirit needs healthy nourishment, just like the body.
