Lyrics and translation
Original
When we were young, we found something
That we call love
Nowhere to call you, no reply
Oh yeah
But still I find you
At the bottom of each bottle
Time after time after time
Or is it too late to apologize
The sooner about it?
Or is it too late to apologize?
'Cause I can live by it
Time after time after time
I see you in my mind
In my mind, in my mind
I can feel it time after time
I can feel you
And I feel you in my mind
I feel you in my heart
Don't even know
What you were pouring in those red cups
Oh, but you got me drunk on
Oh yeah
I still got dreams
I still got dreams of where we left off
Time after time after time
Is it too late to apologize sooner?
Is it too late to apologize?
'Cause I can live without it
Without it, without it
Time after time after time
I see you in my mind
In my mind, in my mind
I can feel it time after time
I can feel you
Time after time
You in my mind
After you
Mind
I feel
After time
You
See you in my mind

Description
It all started with something big - or, conversely, something too fragile to understand right away. It seemed like love. Or just youth with the scent of linden trees and the smell of someone else's shirts. And then - silence. The kind of silence where even the ringing of the phone sounds like a reproach. The song wanders through old memories barefoot - a little drunk, a little bold, desperately honest. There are red plastic cups and echoes of conversations that never happened. And attempts to come to terms with the past - at least inside your head. The track is just long enough for one “remember and let go” moment. Or not let go. That's an option too.
