It's like two people are playing hide-and-seek, but neither of them wants to be "it." Everything happens in a rhythm where tenderness and weariness dance the same movement of "coming and going." The words sound like they're coming thru smoke and laughter, when you can no longer tell if it's passion or just a habit of returning to where everything is burning. This track has a light sense of doom and a strange pleasure in a relationship that has long ceased to be rational, but still holds tighter than any promises.
