Sleep creeps in softly, like a cat – its paws rustling thru thoughts, pushing reality aside and calling to where you can simply fall. Not to stumble, not to get lost – but to fall, beautifully, with abandon, into a half-sleep where everything dissolves: anxieties, to-do lists, other people's voices. There's no point in staying awake – it's too sweet to be between "just a little more" and "no longer here." The music pulls you down, but this is one of those rare cases where falling isn't scary. It's like a soft morning after a sleepless nite – strangely familiar, a little tipsy, but so dear.
