It was all awkward, a little funny, and yet terrifyingly real. Even if no one remembers where it was, the body and heart remember. And now that past is returning, like a familiar summer scent, mixed with a touch of jealousy and a slightly bitter aftertaste. After all, everything that seemed endless is long over - but for some reason, I still wish someone would take me back to where my heart beat for two.
