If Only

Sometimes the past sounds louder than the music in your headphones. Especially when your memory throws up scenes where everything could have turned out differently - if it weren't for fatigue, pride, or that foolish belief that tomorrow there will definitely be a chance to fix everything. The song swings between light and shadow, as if two people are standing on different sides of a glass: close, but out of reach.
