Rome Is Burning

The world is burning, but it's not scary - it's beautiful. Flames are everywhere: in windows, in my head, under my skin. They hiss and shimmer, as if someone poured gasoline on my feelings and forgot to warn me. Everything moves in a circle - light, sound, breath, thoughts. A little chaos, a little excitement, and it all comes together in one crazy rhythm, where pain and pleasure sound the same.

It seems as if reality itself is dancing to the sound of fire: sparks instead of words, heat instead of meaning. Nothing needs to be explained - just be in this temperature while the air vibrates and the room breathes with you.
