Sometimes conversations are like glass - they sparkle and reflect, but if you touch them, you'll cut yourself. Words flow smoothly and correctly over the phone, but on the other end, there are icy fingers frozen in pause. And yet, beneath this fragile facade, there is a living tremor. Where you want to hide, you are drawn to reveal: look, everything is real, everything is raw, down to the bone.
Such a strange balance - to be vulnerable and not break. To let other people's glances pass through your skin, to almost physically feel their presence, and at the same time not be afraid of your transparency. Because under all this outer shell, there is just skin and bones. And if you're lucky, someone will touch not them, but the living.
