Hearts

It turns out that the heart never sleeps. It works in three shifts - beating when we sleep, beating when we think, beating when we try not to cry from exhaustion. Sometimes it's like a factory motor - it hums, but it doesn't pull. You just want to press “pause” and take a break from your own life. And then, in the darkness, someone quietly says, “I'm here. Even if you don't know where to go, I'll still go with you.”

The music seems to envelop us with this promise - simple, almost childlike. Without heroism, without loud words. Just being. Because sometimes that's enough for the heart to remember why it beats at all.
