But the music gently suggests putting off the heaviness until tomorrow - let there be time for tears and reflection then, but today you can dissolve into the fire of rhythm, allowing your body and heart to rest.

Each repetition is not a cry of despair, but an attempt to catch your breath, to wrest a couple of hours of freedom from your own thoughts. The night becomes an ally: it does not promise solutions, but it can give the illusion of lightness - enough to believe, at least for a moment, that things are not so bad.
