Description
Sometimes it seems that salvation should sound loud, with guitar screams and a chest-thumping rhythm. But music doesn't always pull you out; sometimes it just becomes an echo of what has already been lost. This song is about that: about an escape that does not lead to freedom, about trying to hide pain in chords, and about how memories become the last form of love.
Every line smells of fatigue and hope that the world will forgive - for weakness, for anger, for the desire to be heard by someone. And for now, all that remains is to run, without looking back, with wings that burn the soles of your feet and a melody that no longer sounds for salvation, but simply to avoid silence.
