The phone vibrates somewhere between the pillows - not because it needs to, but because it wants to. On the screen is a name that always makes my heart skip a beat for half a second. The world seems to freeze: no clock hands, no rules, no tomorrow. Only skin, breath, and a short “hello” that means much more than words can express.

Everything here is saturated with sticky heat - like a night in August, when the windows are wide open, and so are our minds. Social media, filters, likes - everything is mixed with reality, where every glance seems accidental but is calculated down to the millimeter.

The rhythm beats like a pulse, slightly quickening the breath. And in this lazy, sweet candor, there is no hint of drama - only the desire to prolong the moment when no one is looking at their watch.
