Description
It sounds like a confession made in a low voice in front of a mirror, where the reflection stubbornly refuses to become “the one.” In every line, there is a desire to try on someone else's lightness, someone else's carefreeness, someone else's ability to fall without a safety net and get up without bruises. A little envy, a little longing, but most of all, a burning desire to catch at least a glimpse of someone else's simplicity.
And there is something very recognizable in this: an attempt to “smile just a little,” to reach out for a small dose of someone else's freedom. Not to become a copy, but at least to find out what it's like to live without the eternal “what if” and “what if.” The music seems to nod ironically: maybe it won't work out to be like that, but you can try - at least a little bit.
