Description
There is a sense of night in this sound, where instead of streetlights there is the light of a phone, and instead of everyday life there is a strange magic that no one but birds can hear. Everything is filled with the smell of salt, the quiet rustle of rain on the glass, and the memory of a touch that is no longer real, but rather a memory of “how it once was.”
The music holds between “it was safe” and “it was wrong,” between the warmth you want to drown in and the knowledge that it won't last forever. The track sounds like that very tremor in the air before parting: beautiful, gentle, and slightly painful, but still too real to look away.
