Everybody’s Looking At Me

A constant spotlight on your face - whether on stage or in line for coffee. The crowd waits for a scandal, the camera craves an awkward shot, and headlines write themselves before you even open your mouth. The ridiculous and absurd coexists with the painful and personal: you either lash out in defiance or hide behind a mocking smile. But, as luck would have it, eyes still stare at your back, even when you just want to walk by. And then the only question louder than the music is, “What are you looking at?”
