Description
It's like a report from the border between absurdity and tragicomedy: war turns into a circus, generals hand down sentences in hushed tones, and people are obliged to smile, dance, and pretend that everything is normal. Even horses take to the dance floor, as if they cannot survive without dancing. It's funny, ridiculous, scary, and mesmerizing all at once. When reality turns upside down like this, all you can do is spin until you drop - and hope that the music plays longer than the fear.
