Behind their painted blue faces lie pain, desire, and mockery of those who are accustomed to seeing them as nothing more than beautiful figurines. Here, art does not tolerate indifference: it simultaneously beckons and frightens, exposing the absurdity of others' expectations and breaking the roles of “wife, mistress, mother.” The finale sounds like an escape - the dolls shed their labels and dance in the moonlight, leaving the viewer alone with their own ghosts.
